Navigation bars missing

Upgraded to FrontPage 2003 several months ago....I had made revisions to our web site using the new version without any problems (our host is iPowerWeb). Today I tried to revise the web site using FrontPage & the site loaded without navigation bars showing [the link bar feature is not availbale in this web] displayed & the editing changes I made would not save.....
HELP....
Could not find any documentation of this particular problem with the upgrade.
