my work calendar conflicts with my home calendar

I am trying to set up my home computer so I can sync my Pocket PC with it. I
am already syncing with my work computer. When the calendar starts to sync I
am getting a message that "Microsoft Office Outlook does not recognize David
Snook" (my name). I am getting this message for other names as well. It
also says that their are two David Snooks. I believe this occurs because it
is trying to recognize the my name and others on meeting invitations and
those names are not the same or do not exist on my home computer, because it
is not on a server, which contains those names as is the one at work. I need
to know how to fix this. Please help.
I have Outlook 2002 at work and 2003 at home.

And most of us who use a real newsreader have no idea what you are talking
about since you did not include the quoted post.

Hint - get a real news reader such as Outlook Express or Forte Agent. Even
Gravity does a better job.

After furious head scratching, Joseph Conaghan via OfficeKB.com asked:

| I have the exact same problem. It bites.
