My Tablet Clicks itself and gone mad..help needed

I have mitashi b200 tablet..it worked well till now . then suddenly it started this problem.
It clicks itself..contiously...i am not able to do anything on it...i can restart it with button,,i have also factory reset it...but all in vain..what is the reason behind it./

It maybe your Digitizer

A sheets of glass that has inside a sort of touch sensitive grid circuit

Maybe the digitizer has broken and need replacing?
