I have upgrade Office2000 to Office2003 with Sp1. Now I recieve message that
my .pst file has reached the maximum size of 2GB. Office2003 should support
..pst size over 2GB.

It does but only when the PST format is Unicode. You need to create a new
PST file in the new format and copy your data from the old PST to the new
one.

I know that, but when I do that and named new.pst, how to setup new.pst to be
a default PST file instead default outlook.pst. What to do that new mails
arrives into new Personal Folder creted, and how to close default Personal
Folder(with house icon)

Once you've opened it in Outlook you should be able to choose it as the
default one here: Tools menu > Email accounts > View/Change existing email
accounts > Click Next
