By default, there are no incoming connections. You have to click
"Create a new connection" | "Set up an advanced connection" | Accept
incoming connections" and create them.

Exactly where is "Create a new connection" Hopefully not in "Network
Connections", because I can't find it there. Does FILE | NEW CONNECTIONS | NEXT
| SET UP AN ADVANCED CONNECTION do the same thing?
