My iPod app won't open

Hep is really needed, my iTunes application won't open. Keep getting message
that says my iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. The app
was downloaded through a CD. It worked when first downloaded, but when I got
verizon on line and downloaded 360 share it stopped opening. Please help,
desperately needed.

hello there, i was using my itunes as i do normaly, until i found out that it
wont open anymore. after i installed a video codec pack i knew it was the
problem. if you desinstall the video codecs and the itunes, and then you
install the video codecs and then the itunes, it should work
