Go to Control Panel>Add Remover Programs and uninstall the ATI Drivers
and Software. Restart and install the Software and Drivers you downloaded.

To upgrade your Monitor Driver Rt click on MyComputer >select
Properties>Hardware>Device Manager>Monitor>rt click and select Update
drivers. When the Hardware Update Wizard opens check
Include this location in the search. Browse to where you have
downloaded the Viewsonic Drivers.
