Must be online to update win 2000?

I have a Windows 2000 SP4 update CD. The OS on my computer has never been
updated since the first Windows 2000 installation. It has no internet
connection.

Can I update the OS to SP4 without connecting to the Microsoft Update web
page?

Yes, if you have the CD, you need nothing else.
