Recently I've been getting pretty heavily into Soulwax again. Finally got myself a copy of the first album (Leave The Story Untold) a few weeks ago, and I'm finally giving it a decent listen to. I've bought so many CD's the past 2 years, there's so many undiscovered tracks hidden away I need to discover!

Just borrowed this out the library. Not bad, not bad at all.

Noticed a little sample of the Doors' 'Riders On The Storm' at the end of track 7.

Right now? "This is how we do it on the Merseyside" By Andy James

Before that "Aaria" (name of the group & of the song) Hip hop in maori & "The one you're thinking of" Which is the same song in english, also by the group Aaria. I usually play them one after another since my maori is pretty much limited to "Kiaora" But I definitely like the maori varsion better.
As for types of music or specific singers/bands... I have very broad tastes, I wouldn't even know where to start. And now I'm listening to Billy Joel singing "Pressure" Later I might listen to some country & western, I've got a good combo of Johnny Cash, tenesse Ernie (love his "16 Tons") & Stonewall Jackson, Whoops now it's "Rock me Armadeus" By Falco, Or maybe I'll play the Fine Young Cannibals, or Meat Loaf, Oh, now I've got Elwood singing "sundown" And now I should shut up as I've got so many other possibilities springing to mind... Aah, Gomez just came on... Have you heard the scouse house version of Eminem' "superman"? by the way, whoops, hang on, I was going to go put some music on, wasn't I... Sting I think, Love the version of Desert rose that he did with Cheb Mami ;)

I also love Classics, my favourite of all time would have to be Bethoven "Fur Elise" but if I were to start listing all my favourites this would become a V-E-R-Y long post.

As for opera, I fell in love with that the first time I heard Kiri Te Kanawa & I've loved it ever since. Emma Shapplin, Andrea Boccelli... again I could go on
