Multiple worksheets & VBA

can anybody tell me how I can set up my VBA userform to interact with multiple worksheets within an excel workbook? I have a worksheet for each month of the year, and one userform. Do I need more than one userform? If so, how do I define which userform relates to which worksheet?

grateful for any top tips!
