msdxmLC.dll and toolbars

I have a problem getting rid of a spyware toolbar (TOOLBAR
name @msdxmLC.dll,-1@1033,&Radio) Spyware will not block
this toolbar. My home page will load but as soon as if
finishes if goes to about:Blank pages and turns into a
browser hijacker. This spyware is also taking up my
virtual memory and I am getting messages that my virtual
memory is too low. I have tried deleting the file
msdxm.ocx and the msdxmLC.dll but as soon as I search for
the file there are back where I deleted them from.
Spyware from MS will not clean this, any ideas?

.
go to the start/Run and type in msconfig. a window will
open. then in there go and open the start up tab. and try
and find those files that you listed...it would also be a
wise idea to do a run though and shutdown un wanted
programs at the start up. ;) free IP Tip

.I am not able to run msconfig it will not open. If I
run config it does pull up a window with several files,
where would I find the start up tab?

I had a different spyware that did those. Boot into safe
mode with command prompt, or into DOS (depending on your
version of windows) then remove the files.

Whoa up just a second there with HijackThis. That is not
a tool that is "safe", meaning it won't protect a user
who doesn't know what they are doing. It is not the same
thing as Adaware or Spybot, or MSAS... if you don't know
what you are doing, you will completely screw up your
system.

However, that being said, there are many forums that use
HJT to help remove malware from systems..Google for them.

Hi
Go to http://forums.tomcoyote.org/index.php?showforum=27
read the instructions on how to get help and an expert on
spyware removal will give you detailed instructions on
what to do to reclaim your computer. Dont expect a quick
one shot fix you may need to take a number of individual
steps to fully remove the problem items.
Good luck!
