    I run a Windows 2000 Professional system (SP4). I
currently use Spyware Doctor. I installed beta2 of MS
Anti-spyware (apparently successfully). I then ran it.
It identified a netbios port(?) open, which I asked to
have it removed(?). It find a spyware product, which my
Spyware Doctor missed. I asked to have that removed. The
following sequence of events I am not sure about. I
closed the MS product after asking it to delete the only
problem it found. I restarted the MS product. At this
point my PC froze (locked up). I could not move my mouse,
I could not get cntl, alt, delete to work, nothing,
absolutely nothing worked. At this point I attempted to
re-boot my PC. The reboot process was unsuccessful. It
asked to to select "setup", which I did. But I did not
want to change any of the "setup" values since I believed
    they were all correct.
