speaking of email clients,
I have been using Windows Live Mail on 3 of my xp pro machines and have
installed it on 3 of my clients computers using xp home.
I did this on my clients computer because I found that OE kept crashing and
this was a better solution for her.
I actually like it better than OE. It has a junk filter, it seems much
safer than OE and easier to use.
you can set up multiple accounts, even hotmail accounts and I like it for
newsgroups too.
It is free also.
You can bring in all your contacts and emails from OE and you can back them
up just in case you need to put it on another computer.
I find it is easier to backup the contacts and boxes then Thunderbird
especially for the beginner user.
It is set up similar to Windows Mail in Vista and looks a bit similar

Hi Robin,

I have Thunderbird installed on one of my machines, and I like it very much.

I'm guessing that a lot of people who don't use Thunderbird will start using
it once Windows 7 is released, as W7 will not have an email client built in
from what I've read in some of the Microsoft newsgroups.
