Move old DC to new server w/same name

I would like to know if anyone has an article on the MS site or a 3rd party
program that can assist in the migration of an old DC using AD to a new
server (using the same name)

Why not just upgrade?

Ok, add ANOTHER DC (temporarily?), you really should have
at least two anyway.

DCPromo the one with the name -- rename it (it's a server now);
add the new one; DcPromo.

Result: No conflicts.
