Whenever my mouse tries to move to the left, it stops as if
it hit a wall, and won't move the left. What do I do?

Have you tried a new mouse?
Cleaning the mouse ball/rollers in this one, if it isn't an optical mouse?

Note - posting your valid e-mail address in a newsgroup post, or in your
news account settings, is a surefire way to get spam and SWEN and other
viruses sent to you....see http://www.mailmsg.com/SPAM_munging.htm for help
in the future, but note that now that your address is out there, there's not
much you can do other than changing your address.

Since you didn't provide any information about the mouse, your computer,
or if this problem always existed (and if not, what changed), here are
some guesses:

1. If this is a regular mouseball type mouse, take the ball out and
clean the rollers and inside bits.

2. Reinstall mouse drivers.

3. Reinstall video drivers.

Of course, you would do one thing at a time and test to see if it worked
before doing the next thing. If none of the above helps, please repost
with more details about your system, etc. for more help.
