More than one operating systems...how to get rid of all but one?

Needed to re install windows xp..........after mucking around for a day, I
have now 3 Home editions and one setup, to choose from when I start up the
computer........anyone got any idea how to remove the ones that I don't use,
so I don't have to choose which one at start up?

Sounds like you tried to rapair windows a few times and didn't do it
properly.You can edit the boot.ini file to have just one instance of
xp,but that leaves the others taking up space you can't use and which
one is good?
Suggest booting from xp cd,choose install and delete all existing
partitions.then install to one of them.If they are fat32 you can use a
win98 bootdisk to fdisk.If ntfs you'll need drive manus' disk to zero
out the drive or xp cd to install to an existing partition.These 3
options will delete all current data.
