Missreporting CPU count in Task Manager

I have a Compaq ML370 G3 system containing (2) 2.8Ghz Xeon
Processors. Compaq Insight Manager indicates the proper
number of CPU installed but Windows 2000 Task Manager
shows (4) CPU's on the Performance tab under CPU Usage
History. Any idea what would be causing this? Thanks
