Missing "Show Profiles..." to create a 2nd profile in Outlook 2003

I am trying to create another profile in Outlook 2003. The screen shots and
directions online show and tell me to click on the "Mail" icon. I do not see
this icon anywhere. I have gone to the menu bar and selected "Tools" >
"Options" and then clicked on the "Mail Setup" tab. The screen shots online
do not match mine. I do not have a "Show Profiles..." button. Can someone
help me with this dilemna?

You need to go through the Mail applet in Control Panel to set up additional profiles. If you don't see it, either click User Accounts or switch to the classic view.

Thank you for replying. Control Panel...where is the control panel? User
Accounts...where is that? Classic view...how do I do that? Although it does
not appear that I know anything about computers, I can assure you it only
applies to Outlook. I am a new user to Outlook and either something is wrong
with my program or there have been drastic changes between xp and 2003 and no
updates to the online assistance.

Additional info: This computer was upgraded from outlook 2000 and I don't
have anything stored in outlook that I don't mind loosing if necessary to
reset anything.

Click: Start, Control Panel, in control panel on the left "switch to classic
view".
You should then see a screen of icons in control panel, one of which is Mail

Control Panel is the Windows feature that you use to configure many system-wide settings. Rita put you on the right track.
