missing pagefile.sys

hai,
i have accidently deleted pagefile.sys and every
time i start my computer it shows low virtual memory,and
if i try to set virtual memory it doesn't set ,how should
i create a new pagefile.sys???????? anybode please
help,,,,thank u for u r time
