Missing Offline folder tab

In de folder options i am missing the offline folder tab.
How can i get it back?

you must be using XP Pro, and Fast User Switching must be off.

Addendum: The Offline Files tab would be visible even if Fast User Switching
is enabled, but the options will be invisible in the Property sheet.

After that it gives the message that it is succeeded, but still the tab isn't
there.

Reboot is required for the change to take effect. If that does not help, see
if there are any Policies set for Offline folders.

Open Gpedit.msc and go to:

Computer Configuration
Administrative Templates
Network
Offline Files
