Windows XP Missing link to dll

HP Home Media Centre Professional Edition - missing link

I am getting the following message when trying to load the Media centre -

'The procedure entry point SymSetSymWithAddr64 could not be located in the dynamic link library DBGHELP.dll'


How do I reset the link or is there a file missing?
