what do i do if my computer at start up, pops up a sign
saying that my C:\Windows\System32\system32.exe
is missing. Thanks

It sounds as if your computer was infested with a virus and that it
was not properly removed. Check the history/log files for your
antivirus software to see what the specific virus was - there are
several that are known to create this file - and then check the manual
removal instructions for that virus to determine what registry entries
need to be removed.
