Mirror Temporary Internet Files

Does anyone know of a way i can (through scripting possibly?) mirror
the Temporary Internet Folder on a backup drive on our server? We
want to keep an eye on what our employees are doing during the work
day and I figure a low budget (free) way of doing this would be to
keep a copy of their Temp. files on the server so we can go through
them and see sites they visit, etc.

How does your network access the internet?
If you're using a hardware firewall, you should be able to log all
incoming/outgoing traffic. I think microsoft proxy server will do the same
thing.
I hope that you will officially inform all the staff, in advance, of this
work environment change.

I've actually drawn up an official policy about it (i had one before,
but i am expanding it to include MSN Messenger logging)...

I do have a firewall that is pretty sweet (ISA server) and I know it
does keep logs...the problem with this is that the logs are so large
and indepth that you need to parse them and the programs out there for
parsing are very expensive (for our budget), so i wanted to look for
another way...I know i can tell a lot about what an employee does with
his day by viewing his Temporary Internet Files and if i could keep
those copied on the server to view every so often it would be very
effective and inexpensive...

with 20 people on the network i feel it would be easier to have a copy
on the server - that way i don't have to worry about their machine
being on while checking
