Migration from Novell to Windows 2003 Server

I'm used the MSDSS and File Migration utility on my test network.
The file migration went fine, but have a problem with some user rights.

On Novell we have Groups that are setup giving user rights to sub-directories
(ie. another user may have rights to a directory like USERS:Bmense\Office)
Novell will automatically give the rights to bmense so the user can get to
my Office directoy.

After the migration, The Group rights are assigned to users:bmense\office,
but if you login as a user they are not able to access the bmense folder.

This there any way to correct this problem?

Why not use the DirXML Starter Pack (free from Novell) to synchronize
everything, then when you are satisfied with the synchronization, cut
out the Novell server?

May I inquire as to why you have a need to move from Novell to
Microsoft? Just curious.

Thanks!

I've run novell server for years. I have a Netware 6.5 Cluster server with
SP3. The server keeps getting cache meory allocator after about 35+ days.
After watching serveral discussions groups, many users still have the same
problem.
I can afford the downtime when this problem comes up.

So I'm testing moving to just a AD network.

Support Pack 4a has been released to address that particular issue, or
did you already get it?
