migrated to hosted Exchange - mail merge doesn't work

Hi, we just set up MS Exchange (hosted), and installed Outlook 2003. The
rest of my office suite is Office XP. When I open up my old MS Word mail
merges, and try to send them, nothing gets sent. I get no error messages,
but there are no emails in my sent box and I get no read receipts as in the
past.
Please help - this is an important weekly task in my business!

Mail merge from Outlook data works only when the Outlook and Word versions are the same. A workaround would be to export the Outlook data to another format, such as Access or Excel.

Sue - thanks, but I'm confused. I am not creating mail merge in word using
Outlook as the data source.
When I use MS Word XP, it gets the data out of My Databases - all of which
are MS Access databases.
Do I still need to upgrade Word to 2003?
Thanks.
