Access Microsoft Access - "There was an error executing the command"

Hi

I have installed Microsoft 2007 and am trying to run a MDE database that my client has sent to me.

Whenever I select any of the options from the menu, I receive an error message "There was an error executing the command."

I'd really appreciate any thoughts on how to fix this. We need to get access to the front-end of the database urgently so we can test a software conversion.

The computer is running Microsoft Windows XP Professional - version 2002 - service pack 3. I think the version of Microsoft Access is SP2.
