Memory Count Less on Compaq DL380 G3 Server

I have a Compaq DL380 G3 Server that has 6 GB of Memory
upon boot up. When I look in the properties under My
Computer it only shows I have 4 GB.

Does anyone have any idea on this issue?

you probably are not running 2000 Advanced Server. You need that in order to
use more than 4GB (unless you are running Linux)... and your applications
need to be able to work with PWE enabled....
