Memory component of Experience Index

I've installed Vista Business on a 2.0 GHz Intel processor PC that has 1.5GB
of RAM and subscore for the memory (RAM) component is only 1.8 - how can that
be? Does this really mean I need MORE RAM...and if so - how much?

This does not mean you need more ram, it measures the performance of the
installed ram. If it is an older computer it may be slow ram.
