Meeting request displays "no information"

Hi.
When inviting users to a meeting, the meeting organizer
receives a hash bar for some users. This bar
indicates "no information" for the invited user. The
invited attendee is a valid user. The next day when you
schedule another meeting and invite tha same user thier
calander information is displayed.

Any ideas why this happens?

Thanks in advance.

The free/busy information may not display if there is a problem with latency
or if the Microsoft Exchange server is busy when you are viewing the
free/busy information.

You might want to select the option to "Refresh Free/Busy" from the Options
dropdown on the page to select attendees.
