Media Center not 'seeing' my photos

I have a new PC running Media Center. On my C: Drive I have all my photos
stored, within the normal Windows XP environment I can view them fine.
However, when in the Media Center it sees the folders but whenever I then try
to open the different folders with all my photos in it tells me that "No
pictures were found. Either there are no pictures, or you are viewing an
empty folder." I know this to be untrue as I can view them fine within the
traditional Windows environment! Please can someone help????

I have the same problem. If I my photos are in jepg format they appear in the
folders. However; if the photos are in tif format, the photos do not appear,
says the folders are empty. Someone please help us!!

In the Windows enviroment all my photos are stored in the "My Pictures
Folder". Try saving some of your pictures to the "My Pictures Folder" & see
if that helps. I loaded mine to the Media Center some time ago & I can not
remember if they loaded automatically from "My Pictures" or if I actually
went to Media Center & added them. I posted my problem again so lets see if
we get any responses.

If my photos are in jepg format they appear in the
folders in WMC. However; if the photos are in tif format,
the photos do not appear,
says the folders are empty. Someone please help me!! I
only have this problem in WMC. All my photos appear in
"My Pictures" Folder in Windows.
