Media Center features vs. Pro features

I need some of the features of XP Pro (such as remote desktop, file security,
etc.) and also some of the Media Center (MC) version. I can't seem to find
definitive answers as to whether or not MC has the same features as Home or
Pro, but with the media capabilities in addition. Anyone have any knowledge
about this?

Also, if MC does not have the Pro features, I'm thinking I'd like to set up
a dual-boot system to use as the needs arise. Any recommendations, concerns,
etc. I should be aware of? What would be the best way to do this?

Thanks in advance.

Media center has all the features of XP Pro except the ability to join a
domain.

WinXP Media Center Edition is a _superset_ (iow, it does
_everything_ WinXP Pro can do (except join a domain), plus contains
additional multi-media features) of WinXP Pro.
