How and where do I Create a shortcut for your user with the following
syntax:

"FullPathToMSAccess.exe" "FullPathToDB.mdb" /wrkgrp
"FullPathToWorkgroup.mdw"

so that when a user starts my database he/she should automatically join the
mdw file for that database.

Hello Sharan,

Simply create a shortcut, and in the properties, write what you yourself
wrote below:

"PathtoAccess" "PathtoDB" /wrkgrp "PathtoWorkGroup"

Alternatively, if you use the Wizard, it creates the shortcut for you.

Right-click the desktop, choose New, Shortcut. Browse to your mdb file.
Then you can right-click the shortcut, and modify the target.
