Maximize & Minimize

Everytime I open a window it is in the minimum position. How can I setup my computer so a window open in the maximum postion?

Instead of clicking on the "Maximize" button, DRAG the window to the desired
size. Then click on File|Close. The next time you open the window it
*should* open maximized.
