Manual control of slide show, then when finishes show same slides on timed slide show...?

Hi,

Rather long subject but you get the idea.

A friend has about 100 slides to go through and talk about (using
manual advance) and after they have finished he wants to set it up so
that the same slide show is viewed but this time with the slides on
automatic advance (with fade in/out).

For myself as a very newbie PPT user, any help for this would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Dave.

Create a duplicate presentation, go to Slide Sorter view and select all
slides. Choose Slide Show | transition, pick up the Fade transition, choose
a time and click Apply to All.

Link from the last slide of the first presentation.

Suggestion: Create a duplicate or the presentation with a different name
and set the transitions, etc. Also set it up as a Kiosk show. Then link
the last slide of the original presentation to the new one. When the
presenter reaches the last slide, he clicks on the link and can walk away.
The second presentation will loop continuously until Escape is pressed.
