Maintaining local folder settings when switching PDCs?

I'm setting up a Win2k3 PDC for a small Non-profit. They'd like their
desktop users (like 6 or 7) to be able to maintain their desktop profiles
(settings, favorites, desktop icons) when switching from their NT4 PDC to
this new PDC and this new Domain I've setup. Now I'm assuming from what I
know of Windows XP and Win2k Pro that when I switch them to the new domain
they'll have a new login and thus a new "My Documents", new preferences,
etc. I'd like to migrate these over from their old profile. I can do this
manually desktop by desktop, which wouldn't be too hard. However, I'm
wondering if there is an easier way to do this. Any help would be
appreciated?
