Mailmerge e-mail Outlook-Access

I want to create and send mailmerged e-mail from my
Acess2000 database using Outlook2000. I design a letter in
word and then merge it picking up fields from my Access
query. All is OK until I try to send the e-mails, each e-
mail presents the following message.
"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?"
I ticked the box Allowing access for x minutes but still
get this message before each message is sent. I want to
send several thousand e-mails to indivual addesses
containing individual specific information and cannot
spent all day clicking the Yes box for each message. My PC
is running Windows 2000 Professional networked to a
Windows2003 server running Mailgate E-mail.

Can anyone help?
