Macro to run a Rule

Hi,

I've been using Word and Excel macros for some time, but
I'm not familiar with Outlook macros. Normally I use the
record function in Word and Excel to learn the syntax.
Does Outlook have a record function?

I want to create a macro to run one of the rules I've
created. Could someone help me with the syntax?

Most Office programs have no macro recorder. Word and Excel are the
exceptions.

Rules cannot be run programmatically.
