macro for proper numbering

i have datas l in column A with blank rows in between two datas
Column A A1=ts_001_ajksdgjk
A15=ts_017_jkjgjghk
A91=ts_067_fjhfjk
after running macro the column A should be like below this
Column A A1=ts_001_ajksdgjk
A15=ts_002_jkjgjghk
A91=ts_003_fjhfjk

that is improper numbering should be properly numbered..here the case is not arranging in a order

pls help me to solve this problem
