looking for company policies cover page to propose to employees

I’m giving out company policies to our employees, we are an established
company that operated 12 years without one since I took over the management
in the company I noticed that this is necessary, now I want to present it
with a personal letter to the employee what would you suggest to write in the
letter?

It almost sounds to me as if you might need a technical writer or editor. I
would be glad to offer my services.

All I need is a standard letter that I was expecting to find in Microsoft
Help, since I did not find anything that matches my needs I posted this
request. it sounds to me that you are a technical writer or editor, I did not
intend to get services from professionals I would look for someone to do this
for me, it is not such a big deal that I should need to do so, all I need is
a brief idea what to write, the ins and out I could touch up.

Microsoft provides a tool for creating documents. It does not (generally
speaking) provide the documents for you to create. When you buy a hammer, do
you expect it to come with an assortment of nails?
