okay, yes, "bug-free", for computer equipment, does not exist... but still..

are there any 939 processors out there that have known problems, and if so,
which and what problem?

The 939 just came out so there hasn't been time for there to be multiple
steppings. However the 939 is the third iteration of the AMD64, all of
which are basically the same core so one would expect that it's as bug
free as any version.

All chips have bugs/errata (Intel is no exception), but most of these
minor bugs will never bother the average PC user, if your a programmer
then you may need to know what they are.
