LOGON SCREEN OPTIONS BUTTON

Hello,
I am trying to find a way of disabling access to thw logon
screen options button. I have spent time searching but can
only find a way of hiding the extended screen. The options
button is always accessible.

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

0 The options are hidden when the dialog box opens, but
users can click the Options button to display them.

1 The options are displayed when the dialog box opens,
but users can click the Options button to hide them.

Does anyone know a way?
