Logging and tracing manager error message

I keep getting a warning message which says 'Logging ang tracing manager has
encountered a problem and needs to close'. If I delete the box it sometimes
comes back several times and then stops.
The problem seems to be worse when I am using Musci match Jukebox which I
recently upgraded.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so, can they suggest a solution?

A "Logging and tracing manager" doesn't belong to Windows. Seems to
be part of the "MusicMatch Jukebox" and therefore, try here:
