load device driver

hello,
first time on here. i keep have a screen pop up on my
laptop that says unable to load device driver. i try to
restart and hit f8 but it keeps going back to this
screen. how do i solve this?

Look in device manager and see which device is banged out "yellow or red
mark".
Update that driver with the most current one from the manufacturer, or
remove the device.

thanks for the info. the thing is is that i can not get
beyond the blue screen that says unable to load device
driver. how do i get beyond this. F8 and safe mode do not
work.
