Link to access database

Is there anyway to create a new form in ol 2000, 2002 and
populate the form with fields from a access table and, if
so will the changes made in access be updated when the
user uses the outlook form?

Thanks that was fast but i already checked out that site.
do you know of any completed ado "ad-ins" or sample code
that i can add to outlook to link to these backside access
database and then to create the new outlook forms?

That page lists sample forms from Microsof that are ready to go. You could also use a tool like TabTag (formerly SQLView) to expose a database as Outlook folders.
