Limit number of email accounts in a profile, and number of profile

I'd like to stop people from adding email accounts to their Outlook 2003
profiles. The users will have an Exchange email account configured in Outlook
- is there a way to stop them from addiing additional POP3, IMAP, HTTP etc
accounts?

Also, is there a way of stopping people from adding additional profiles to
Outlook?

Thanks for your help.

Yes, if you load up the Outlk11.adm administrative template file from the Office Resource Kit in the group policy editor and browse to the Security settings, you'll see that you can block all kinds of account types and prevent users from messing with their profiles at all.
