Limit Contacts sync'd to Windows Mobile device

I have my contacts set up in Outlook 2007 in categories and would like to
only sync certain categories to my Windows Mobile 6.0 device. I am using
ActiveSync 4.5. Is there a way to limit which contacts go to my device?

Move the contacts you don't want synched to another, non-default contacts
folder.
