Hey Ian,

Out of interest, is there a way to change the above via the UCP? Or maybe add an option for members to choose their display options?

Just not a fan of it saying 'Last Post X Hours Ago' or 'X Minutes Ago' would prefer it to say the time it was posted.


If no then no drama, just wondered.

TBH, I prefer the date and time of a post rather than X minutes ago too.

I can't see a way to alter this on the user end, but I'll do some digging and see if it's possible to customise

'18 hours ago' means I have to think, lol

I've found an old code modification on the vbulletin site which should allow this, however the code has been "archived" which means I can't view it anymore . I've PM'd the author to see if he still has it and can send it to me .

There's one to change it globally, but doing that would have knock on effects on some of the other plugins I've coded. It does look like I can make it work on a per-user basis, I just need to hope the code is still available .

I heard back from the code author that he no longer has it - but I posted a request at the vBulletin forums to see if anyone else has it .

If not, I'll see if there's a way I can code something myself after Easter .

Was just checking out the options changing the editor settings and saw this at the bottom. Now set to normal! Woo Hoo!
