My dell laptop shuts down after a few minutes of being on.
First, it will slow down in performance, then shut down.
At first I thought it was the fans becuase the system was
getting so hot. So I updated the BIOS and the fans started
working. But my problem still exists. So then I was told
that it might be the sasser virus, so I scanned my
computer for the virus with the removal tool and my
computer does not have the virus. I deleted all spyware,
at least I hope I did becuase my computer shut down before
I could finish, and still the problem exists. Can somebody
help me out?

.
sounds like a hardware problem, you may wont to take it
apart and get a can of compressed air from your favorite
computer store or Wal-Mart(what-ever)they sell it in the
electronics department.Make sure it's cool when you do
this, blow out the lint.My guess is you have dust and lint
on the processore cooling find making it over heat
causing the thermal switch to shut it off to save it from
burning up,blow out the dust and give it a try.
