Key#.txt files, startup pages

1) Greetings. I have a new computer, and I've only had it
for two weeks. I just found an odd file called Key2.txt
under C:\Windows\, and it's just a bunch of funny
characters. It was just created today, the 20th of July,
2004. Funny thing is, my old computer had a file called
Key3.txt come out of nowhere a little while ago. What is
this file? Part of a virus? (I just did a full system
scan with Norton AntiVirus 2002, and it didn't find
anything on my computer.)

2) Also, something has changed my startup web page, and I
can't change it. Once again, Norton AntiVirus can't seem
to detect anything. Is there reputable freeware to
download that can wipe this out (it's likely adware or
spyware, I assume)? Or if not, do you know how to get rid
of this annoyance?

3) What freeware can you recommend that would help detect
keystroke loggers?

Thanks for your time.

Um.... what is BlazeFind? How do you know that's what's
affecting me?

And what about SpySweeper? Is that a good, reputable
program, worth downloading a demo? Please tell me if you
recommend this program as well. Thanks.
