Junk mail: How to create a button for "Add sender to blocked sender list"

Hi.
Config: XP + Outlook 2003.
When viewing a junk mail item, I would like a shortcut (button?) for
RMB --> Junk eMail --> Add sender to blocked senders list.
How can I achieve this?

Try:
Menu: View/Toolbars>Customize...
Tab: Commands
Pane: Categories: Action
Pane: Commands: Add sender to blocked senders list
Customise button to taste.
